I am currently looking for someone to rent a large furnished room to.
The Room has a full bedroom set (bed with good bug free mattress, night stand, dresser and mirror, also a TV stand) all dark wood in very good clean condition and a TV, Wifi is also available. Room has it’s own large closet, hardwood floor. It’s a large sunny room. I keep the apartment in good order and clean.
1 block away from the 4 train, 5 blocks from D & B trains, 7 min bus ride to 1 train, metro north is within walking distance. Shops, groceries and super market less than 2 blocks away, laundry in building and Laundromat with drop-off service block away. Near green areas. Van Cortland park very close by. With it’s tennis courts and golf course. Motefiore & North Central hospitals blocks away, Walking distance to Lehman College, near Fordham University. The neighborhood is mostly families and safe.
I am seeking a person who is responsible, clean, mature and respectful. I do not provide linens. I expect the person living with me to clean after herself and respect my space and privacy as I will too. The Rent is a week to week base, one week’s security deposit and first week’s rent. Absolutely no smokers.
